The series features species that were either part of the artist\u2019s domestic environment or became embedded in early memories \u2014 among them oleander (<em data-start=\"433\" data-end=\"450\">Nerium oleander<\/em>), fig (<em data-start=\"458\" data-end=\"472\">Ficus carica<\/em>), foxglove (<em data-start=\"509\" data-end=\"529\">Digitalis purpurea<\/em>), and meadow buttercup (<em data-start=\"554\" data-end=\"572\">Ranunculus acris<\/em>). These illustrations highlight both the aesthetic and emotional value of the plants, while also exploring their botanical accuracy. This series also served as an early conceptual foundation and source of inspiration for the master\u2019s thesis <em data-start=\"818\" data-end=\"869\">Toxic Hallucinogenic Plants and Fungi of
